The easiest way to view all active promotions and offers at BK78 is to log in to your account and then "Promotions" head to the section where you can view all active offers, their terms and conditions, and expiry dates in one place.

The following rules apply in the event of a match cancellation or mid-game suspension at bk78:

• Cancelled before the match starts: The full stake will be refunded. No winnings or losses will be applied.
• If a set number of overs or minutes have elapsed after the match has started: If at least 5 overs have been bowled in cricket, or more than 45 minutes have been played in football, the result may be determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method or the official score.
• If the match is stopped mid-way due to weather or natural causes: If, after the usual 24–48 hour wait, the match is not replayed, all bets are declared void and stakes are refunded.
• If Rescheduled: If the match is rescheduled to a new date, your bet will not automatically transfer — it will be voided and your stake will be returned.

Full terms and conditions are available on BK78's Terms & Conditions page.

Please keep the following in mind:

• With the same NID / Passport: Opening a second account is strictly prohibited. Our system detects this automatically.
• Multiple members in the same household: Different individuals may open separate accounts using their own ID documents, but sharing the same payment method may cause issues during verification. It is best to notify the support team in advance if this applies to you.
• If multiple accounts are detected: All accounts will be suspended, any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited, and opening a new account may not be permitted.
• If you can't remember an old account: Email our support team — we'll help you recover your old account.

Play fair and transparent — one account at bk78 is all you need for the best experience.

A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it. Standard rules at BK78:

• Example: Say you receive a ৳1,000 deposit bonus with a 20x wagering requirement. That means you need to place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw that bonus.
• Which games count toward wagering: Sports Betting generally counts 100% (for odds of 1.50 or higher). Slots count 80–100%, and Live Casino counts 10–30% (varies by game).
• Time Limit: For most bonuses, wagering must be completed within 30 days of the date the bonus was received.
• Track Your Progress: Go to the "Bonus" or "Wallet" section of your account to see how much wagering has been completed and how much remains.
• To cancel a bonus: You may request via live chat to withdraw your original stake without the bonus — however, any winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited.
