1 General Terms & Conditions and Acceptance
This Terms and Conditions document serves as a legally binding agreement between users of the BK78 platform and the authority operating BK78. When you access the BK78 website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 KYC Verification Process

3 Account Management & Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your bk78 account. Never share your password, username, or OTP code with anyone.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibition

4.3 Refund Policy
If a transaction is not completed due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be returned to the original deposit source. The refund process is generally completed within 3 to 5 business days. Requests to refund deposits that have already been intentionally used will not be accepted.
